Real Estate Photography
I see real estate photography as both a public relations exercise and a way to express how the client may live in the home.
I look to visually express areas where the kids can play, entertainment areas, the usability of the kitchen and of course a great street appeal.
Of course every image will be enhanced, skies blued up and fireplaces made to look toasty hot. My aim is to put the purchaser into the house before they actually visit it.
Many vendors take time out of a busy schedule to be available, so being on time, courteous, efficient, and having an eye for extraneous detail to be removed is of the utmost importance.
Appointments can be arranged by the agent, or we are happy to phone the vendor ourselves as your photographic representative.
Images are generally turned around in 24 hours in whatever format you require
Daytime photography is charged at $150 per house for internal and external images.
There is no limit on the number of images taken or enhanced to describe your property.
Dusk or night time photography is charged at $290
